My story…
I have worked in the make up and skin care industry for over 14 years. After working as the business manager for Laura Mercier at Nordstrom for eight years, I freelanced for many of the major brands like Tom Ford, Nars, and Chanel. During that time, I had also had my two girls, and I decided to take a step back from retail and be more present for my family. While I loved spending more time with my girls, I desperately missed connecting with women, and being able to help them feel more confident and beautiful by creating a make up routine that worked for their lifestyle, and was easy for them to do. So I decided to get back into it and offered one on one lessons out of my house and also traveling to my clients when they needed help getting ready for events. Along the way, I also started offering make up lessons for young girls, which is truly one of my favorite things to do. In the world of YouTube and social media, it is easy to get overwhelmed at a young age and miss the genuine beauty of youthful skin. When I work with young girls, I always emphasize the importance of starting a great skin care routine, and how to properly apply age-appropriate make up. Keeping in mind that the products are so fun to play with, but we are beautiful without all of them! A little lipgloss makes every woman feel pretty, but nothing beats a confident smile!
